We are looking for an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to take ownership of a high-profile civic building complex in Chelmsford. This flagship estate combines heritage, public-facing, and executive spaces, offering a visible and varied FM challenge.
As Regional Facilities Manager, you will lead a team of nine, oversee hard and soft services, ensure compliance and PPM delivery, and be the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, including corporate teams, elected officials, and public-facing departments.
