Site Manager - high end housing

Constructive Moves are sourcing Site Managers for a real estate developer that build high-end, bespoke houses and apartments across the Essex region.

In the role of Site Manager, you will play a crucial role to ensure the performance of the site team builds to a high level of quality, on time and to budget whilst ensuring an exceptional customer service journey.

Duties for the role:

• Motivate your site team of operatives and sub-contractors, to provide training, leadership and support to optimise performance levels.
• Plan and execute build programmes/build sequences.
• Inspection of work during the construction process and provide advice and support to the as required.
• Keep up to date with customer care issues and address any reported matters to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.

This role would ideally suit applicants with experience in the house building or construction industry and have managed schemes from inception to completion.
