Join our clients growing team who specialising in fast-moving goods. We are seeking a Maintenance Engineering Supervisor to lead and coordinate their maintenance team in a hands-on role. This position involves overseeing facility upkeep, optimizing equipment reliability, managing projects, and controlling costs through continuous improvement and data analysis.

As a key player in our engineering and operations teams, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining cost control.

What we require from you:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Engineering experience, with a strong background in maintenance, process, or project roles.
  • Apprentice trained with numerous engineering courses completed.
  • HNC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering certification.
