The Successful Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Maintenance Technician will provide electrical and mechanical repair, service, fault finding and maintenance on compressed air equipment, including compressors, and compressed air filtration products at customer sites acrossNorth London, Essex, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. Full product training provided.
The Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Maintenance Technician will ideally have a field Service background in compressed air such as Compressors, Air filtration, nitrogen generators, vacuum pumps, vacuum systems, Medical Gas or similar compressed air related equipment.

- To provide electrical and mechanical repair, service and maintenance of compressed air equipment at customer sites.
- The Compressor Service Engineer will undertake planned and preventative maintenance, provide advice, diagnostics, fault finding of compressed air systems, nitrogen generators, vacuum pumps, blowers & dryers, nitrogen generators and other compressed air products.
- Installing compressed air/water & nitrogen pipelines into all forms of the manufacturing industry.
- Perform emergency breakdown fault finding and repairs on various compressed air equipment.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
- Working at customer sites throughout North London, Essex, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.
- Experience as a Service Engineer, Apprentice Engineer, Apprentice Technician, Graduate Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Marine Engineer, Entry level Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Field Service Engineer or similar.
- Hands-on experience in electrical and/or mechanical domains, or the willingness to learn.
- Strong understanding of three-phase electrics and controls, with hands-on experience preferred.
- Mechanical or electrical qualification, apprentice trained, FGas, NVQ level 3, city & guilds, HNC, HND or similar would be a plus.
- Flexibility to travel across North London, Essex, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.
