The Head Teacher is looking for a Music Teacher / Music ECT who is keen to step up into a Deputy Head of Music position, and work alongside the current Head of Music to raise attainment, quality of learning and more throughout this role!

Providing high quality lessons throughout
Working with the current Head of Music as the Deputy Head of Department
September 2025 start
Full Time & Permanent
MPS1 - UPS3 + TLR (amount dependent on experience)
Located in the Borough of Chelmsford

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Must hold QTS
Meeting the teaching standards to an "Outstanding or Good" level
Confidence within teaching is essential
Must be able to lead from the front
