Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing new business opportunities across air, sea, and road freight services

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts long-term

  • Identifying and targeting potential customers through proactive sales activity

  • Collaborating closely with the operations team to deliver seamless service to clients

  • Working towards agreed revenue and GP targets with uncapped earning potential

  • Representing the company professionally in meetings, events, and client presentations

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in freight forwarding sales / business development

  • Strong knowledge of international freight services (air, ocean, or road)

  • Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and long-lasting client relationships

  • Results-driven, ambitious, and keen to grow with a developing UK team

  • Self-motivated with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
