Are you a qualified Carpenter with multi-trade experience looking to work locally? If you hold an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Carpentry and have skills in UPVC, this could be a great opportunity to join a community-focused team.
Role Overview:
You'll be part of a repairs and maintenance division, working across tenanted, commercial, and void properties. The role includes:
- Carpentry and UPVC repairs/installations
- General maintenance and refurbishment
- Emergency call-outs and first-time fixes
- Use of IT systems for job tracking
- Collaboration with other trades
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry
- Experience in UPVC and at least one other trade (e.g., plumbing)
- Social housing or repairs experience preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- DBS check required
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
