We work with an excellent Secondary School in Chelmsford who prefer non qualified Cover Supervisors to cover the absence of their Teachers.
The nature of General Cover means you're require to cover any class and any lesson; ensuring the students are well-behaved and focused on the work that has been left for them. Although you aren't expected to be an expert in any particular subject, you must be able to bring order, purpose and calmness to the classroom.
