We are looking for a Pest Control Technician to join our team based in or around Chelmsford, Essex on a full-time permanent basis.

About the role:
As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for pest management and solve pest issues with environmentally friendly solutions. You will ensure clients receive excellent service and you will work independently as well as supported by the team. in this role, you will work Monday to Friday with overtime and weekend availability.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough pest assessments and inspections for clients.
- Develop and implement customised pest management plans using the least invasive methods possible.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pest control measures, adjusting strategies, as necessary.
About you:
You will have minimum 1 years’ experience in pest control and be RSPH Level 2 qualified. You should be enthusiastic about pests with excellent technical proficiency and committed to being environmentally responsible in pest management. You will be eager to develop your skills and be a strong communicator who is also confident in problem-solving.
