They require a self-employed Domestic Gas Service Engineer to carry out annual landlord gas safety checks for a Local Council.
Earn between 230 - 345 per day

Work Type: Annual landlord gas safety checks (CP12s) - pre-booked appointments via PDA
Location:DOM GAS SERVICE ONLY WORK IN CM - WORK GIVEN IN YOUR NEAREST POSTCODE
Working days: Monday to Friday 5 days per week
Contract Length: Ongoing
Rates: 23 per completed property (average 10 - 15 completed jobs per day)
Payment Terms: Weekly one week in hand
Requirements:
- Experience servicing boilers and gas appliances
- ACS qualifications including cookers and fires
- Gas Safe Registration
- Van
- Calibrated flue gas analyser
- 2m Public Liability Insurance
