Are you a qualified Plumber with multi-trade experience looking to work locally? If you hold an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing and have skills in general maintenance and repairs, this could be a great opportunity to join a community-focused team.
Role Overview:
You'll carry out plumbing repairs, installations, and general maintenance across tenanted, commercial, and void properties. The role includes:
- Plumbing repairs and emergency call-outs
- Basic plastering, tiling, and decorating
- Use of IT systems for job tracking
- Collaboration with other trades
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
- Skilled in at least one other trade
- Experience in social housing or repairs preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- DBS check required
