Project Administrator
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm;Friday, 9am-4pm
Salary: Competitive + Benefits
Type: Full-time, Office-based
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the central point of coordination within a busy project team. You'll be working closely with Contracts Managers, supporting ongoing projects from start to finish, and ensuring everything runs efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and maintaining project and compliance documentation
* Preparing and distributing regular project reports
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to Contracts Managers
* Assisting with the coordination of resources for installations and revisits
* Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety compliance
* Communicating effectively across teams and with external partners
* Preparing professional reports, documents, and presentations using MS Office and MS Project
* Applying commercial and financial awareness to support project delivery
What You'll Need:
* Proven experience in a similar administrative or project support role
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project
* Financial and commercial awareness
* Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
