Job Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough due diligence on property assets to find and advance disposal opportunities.

• Work closely with legal teams and property agents to manage the disposal process.

• Ensure transactions are efficient, achieve best value, and aid in financial recovery.

Person Specifications
Must Have

• Experience in property asset management and disposal processes.

• Ability to work with legal teams and property agents.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with council or public sector property transactions.

• Knowledge of financial recovery strategies.
