- Present compelling and persuasive valuation proposals, effectively converting leads into new business.
- Keep abreast of local market conditions and competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to team targets.
- Occasionally assist with other aspects of the sales process as required.
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, ideally within the Chelmsford or surrounding area.
- A strong understanding of the local property market and valuation principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A confident and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for property.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- A strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
- Basic Salary of £30,000 plus a car allowance and uncapped commission.
