You will:
  • Conduct accurate and informed property valuations, taking into account market trends, comparable sales, and property-specific features.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with potential vendors, clearly articulating our agency's unique selling points and value proposition.
  • Present compelling and persuasive valuation proposals, effectively converting leads into new business.
  • Keep abreast of local market conditions and competitor activity.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to team targets.
  • Occasionally assist with other aspects of the sales process as required.

  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, ideally within the Chelmsford or surrounding area.
  • A strong understanding of the local property market and valuation principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
