As part of this friendly, professional team, you’ll play a vital role in shaping young minds through creativity, care, and connection.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating an inspiring, safe, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

• Planning and leading engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

• Acting as a Key Person, ensuring each child’s progress, care, and wellbeing are fully supported.

• Building strong, trusted relationships with parents, carers, and your colleagues.

We’re seeking a passionate and motivated practitioner who can bring enthusiasm and expertise to the team.

Requirements:

• A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.

• Experience working with children aged 0–5.

• A solid understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.

• Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
