Start Date: ASAP                                               
Contract Duration: 3+ Month
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 25.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and develop key services within the Quality Assurance department.

• Work closely with the Head of Service to enhance practices and prepare for future challenges.

• Ensure services meet the needs of children and families.

• Represent and support the Head of Service at meetings and events.

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.

Person Specifications
Must Have:

• Proven management experience.

• Ability to inspire and support teams.

• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

• Ability to manage under pressure.

• Enhance the voice and influence of children and young people.

Nice to Have:

• Forward-thinking and motivated leadership skills.
