Long-term freelance opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor in Essex, offering a competitive day rate.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to work with a main contractor on a 25M residential development project in Essex.
I am currently assisting a market-leading brand in their search for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is an opportunity to be site-based, with flexibility for some remote working. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be working closely with the commercial and construction teams and will have full support from a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager.
Our client takes pride in the quality of the developments they deliver and has experience with a variety of schemes across London and the South East, including new builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs.
This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a freelance basis, for a minimum of 12 months. They are looking for someone with a strong background in residential projects and experience working with a main contractor.
The ideal candidate for Quantity Surveyor:

- - Proven ability to manage budgets, cost control, and subcontractor packages
