AsaQuantitySurveyoryouwillworkalongsideourClient'sDivisionalCommercialDirectortohelpdeliversafebuildings.Takingresponsibilityforallcommercialaspectsofspecifichigh-valueprojectsdrivinganopportunisticandprofitfocusedcultureatalltimes.Workingcloselywiththeteambothofficeandsitebased,inahardworking,energeticandprofessionalenvironment,theQSourClientislookingforneedstobeacreativethinker,flexibleandaneffectivecommunicator.

Weareseekingsomeonewithasolutionsmindset,highaccuracyandattentiontodetail,whogetstheirsenseofachievementfromensuringtheprojectsthey'rededicatedto;runswithinbudgetandtotheagreedtimelines.Itsreallyaboutprojectmanagement,coordinatingwithour Client's partnersandimplementingimprovementsthatsupportbusinessgrowth.

• Understandandadministerprojectcontractualrequirements.
• Prepare,negotiate,andissueApplicationsforPayment,ContractualNotices,Variations,andLoss&Expenseclaims.
• Manageandmaintainaccurateprojectrecords.
• Producemonthlyfinancialreports,includingCVR,riskandopportunityregisters,andISVforecasting.
• Leadtheprocurementprocess,includingpreparingprocurementplansandengagingtheprojectteam.
• Conducttenders,analyzesupplierquotations,andplaceordersforprojectpackages.
• Administersuppliercontractsandagreeonpayments,variations,claims,andfinalaccounts.
• AgreetheFinalAccountwiththeclient.
