The company has an excellent reputation for quality, technical capability and project delivery, with schemes typically valued between 100k and 1m.
They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team, based from their Chelmsford office with regular travel to sites across the region.

Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Overview
* Leading commercial management of multiple brickwork and masonry packages
* Preparation and agreement of valuations, variations and final accounts
* Subcontract procurement and management
* Cost planning, forecasting and financial reporting
* Contract administration and risk management
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
* Regular site visits and client liaison
Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Requirements
* Experience within a subcontractor, main contractor or housebuilder environment
* Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
* Proven ability to manage packages from procurement through to final account
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider commercial team
* Full UK driving licence
