We are currently recruiting for a Sales Valuer for a family run Estate Agency based in Chelmsford. You must have a minimum of 2 year's experience as a Sales Valuer, with a proven track record of listing properties and securing new business opportunities. Knowledge of the Chelmsford and surrounding property market would be advantageous. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.Benefits for the role of Sales Valuer:

  • Basic £25,000 - £30,000

  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, Saturdays 9am - 4pm with day off in lieu
  • 5-day week

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Valuer

  • Motivated and driven to hit targets and deliver results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Chelmsford property market would be advantageous
  • You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car
