We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator for a family run Estate Agency based in Chelmsford. You must have a minimum of 3 year's experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, as well as strong knowledge of the Chelmsford property market. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.Benefits for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator:

  • Basic £20,000 - £25,000
  • OTE £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, Saturdays 9am - 4pm with day off in lieu
  • 5-day week
  • 1 Saturday off per month

Responsibilities for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator:

  • Generate leads
  • Creating your own business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships
  • Carry out property viewings
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors and other professionals
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to clients
  • Deal with any concerns
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, industry trends and legal requirements
  • Working together as a team to achieve success

Key Skills for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator
