Our client, a highly respected estate agency, is currently looking for Trainee Property Consultants to join their close-knit team in Chelmsford.

As a Trainee Property Consultant, you will be offered:

As a Trainee Property Consultant, your duties will be:

  • Managing overflow inbound calls from branches to ensure no customer enquiry goes unanswered.
  • Handling both inbound and outbound calls with potential clients and customers
  • Generating leads by following up on web enquiries and other online interactions.
  • Assisting branch staff with booking appointments and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Providing support across all areas of the estate agency business, including Residential Sales, Lettings, Financial Services, and the Land & New Homes department.

To be considered for the Trainee Property Consultant role, you must be:

  • Highly self-motivated and driven by targets, with a strong focus on achieving results.
  • Ideally, you will have sales experience from current or previous roles.
  • Experience in the estate agency industry would be beneficial, though not essential.
  • Proven experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
  • Strong personal integrity with a professional, personable, and commercially minded approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident and clear manner.
  • Quick to learn new systems, with solid computer literacy and adaptability to new technologies.
