Senior Property Consultant - Lettings (Chelmsford)

Location: Chelmsford, EssexSalary: £23,000 - £26,000 basic | OTE £50,000 + benefits

As a Senior Property Consultant (Lettings) in the Chelmsford branch, you will be a key member of the lettings team, building relationships with landlords and tenants, expanding the property portfolio, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. You’ll be working in a modern, high-spec office alongside a motivated, ambitious team.

• Build strong and lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants

• Conduct property viewings and manage enquiries

• Negotiate offers and rental terms to achieve targets

• Expand the property portfolio by winning new instructions

• Provide outstanding service throughout the lettings process

• Stay up to date with the local property market and compliance requirements

• Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver on branch goals

• Previous estate agency experience, ideally within lettings

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Proven ability to hit targets and generate new business
