Key Responsibilities of the Maths Teacher:
- Teach engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Plan, assess and adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Contribute to curriculum development and department planning.
- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff to help students succeed.
