We are seeking an experienced Interim Service Manager to oversee our clients Supported Living services in Essex. The successful candidate will possess expertise in Autism, Learning Disabilities and Complex Care, providing exceptional care and support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and physical impairments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the supported living services, ensuring high-quality care and support.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Oversee staff training and development to maintain service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to coordinate care.
- Monitor and evaluate service performance, implementing improvements where necessary.
