Academics is proud to be working with a fantastic SEN school based in Colchester that is looking to welcome a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) into their team.

This is a long-term LSA position with the view to becoming permanent. You will be supporting students with a range of additional needs, helping them access the curriculum, develop life skills, and build confidence. The successful LSA will:

Have previous experience supporting children or young people, ideally in an SEN setting.

Be patient, empathetic, and passionate about education.

Work effectively as part of a team, supporting both staff and students.

Be committed to helping pupils thrive both academically and personally.
