We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a special school in Essex within education and training
This Learning Support Assistant role supports learners aged 16 to 19 with Complex Needs in Essex, within a specialist post-16 setting.
As a Learning Support Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students in the classroom and during practical activities

- Helping learners develop communication, independence, and life skills
