As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide tailored support to pupils with a variety of SEN needs
Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement individual learning plans
Foster a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment
Encourage independence and confidence in pupils
Support with personal care and emotional wellbeing where required
