Fostering Senior Practitioner - Not for Profit

Location: Essex

salary up to 42,000 per annum + 5,000 car allowance

NonStop Consulting is working with an Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating in the Essex area in order to help find a Senior Practitioner who can join them on a permanent basis.

They are a not for profit fostering agency, so they are a charity. They are also therapeutic and they provide ongoing therapeutic training. They offer flexibility with home working also, meaning you will have a good work - life balance.

Responsibilities of the Fostering Senior Practitioner:

The Fostering Senior Practitioner will hold a reduced caseload of 4 foster families and will also offer support to two Supervising Social Workers in the team.

Requirements:

  • you are an experienced Supervising Social Worker or Senior Practitioner
  • you have experience in fostering
  • you drive
