We are looking for an Employment Advisor to support people on probation and individuals on our wider contracts to move forward with education, training and employment. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by helping others overcome barriers and achieve meaningful, lasting change.

You will carry a varied caseload, complete initial assessments, create personalised action plans and deliver both one to one and group based employability sessions. You will work closely with Probation Practitioners and partner agencies, maintain accurate records, monitor progress and help service users secure positive outcomes. Building strong links with local employers and training providers will also form an important part of the role.

We are looking for someone who has experience supporting disadvantaged groups, is confident delivering training, and is comfortable using case management and Microsoft systems. You will need strong communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team.

We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to equal opportunities. All applicants will be considered on their skills, experience and ability to fulfil the role.
