Hours - Full time: Monday to Friday 7.00am to 5.00pm plus alternate Saturday mornings 7.30am -12.30pm

About the Role:
As a Yard Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing yard activities and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Managing a team of yard staff, providing guidance and support.
Coordinating the loading and unloading of materials and products.
Maintaining an organised and tidy yard environment.
Collaborating with other departments to optimise workflow and productivity.
Conducting regular inspections and implementing improvements as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
