About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored assistance to pupils with a range of special educational needs. Your role will be vital in helping students access the curriculum, develop social skills, and achieve their full potential.


Key Responsibilities:
Supporting students with a variety of SEN including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
Assisting with classroom activities and learning plans
Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Working one-to-one or in small groups
Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents
