Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive team at a specialist SEN school located in Chelmsford, Essex.


About the Role: You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, tailored education to students with a range of special educational needs, including Autism and Social Emotional & Mental Health. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.


Key Responsibilities:
Foster a safe, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and families
Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies as needed
Contribute to the wider school community and development


What Were Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working in an SEN setting
A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
