We’re on the lookout for a Trade Development Manager to join the Grocery Channel field sales team, representing Monster Energy and the strategic distribution partner across the Essex region.
Â
You’ll be the face of Monster on the ground - driving brand presence, winning new store listings, and ensuring every shelf and secondary display brings the brand to life.

The Role
Reporting into the Regional Field Manager, you will:
- Build and nurture relationships with convenience retailers – from store managers to regional decision-makers.
- Drive new product distribution and ensure promotional compliance across your stores.
- Maximise brand visibility through creative in-store merchandising and impactful POS execution.
- Partner with distributor teams to deliver flawless promotional and activation execution.
- Track, report and analyse field activity to identify opportunities and successes.
- Work autonomously in your territory while collaborating with internal Monster and distributor teams.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales or retail experience – ideally in FMCG or grocery.
- (You might currently be a convenience/grocery store supervisor, merchandiser, or assistant looking to break into field sales!)
- Energetic, proactive, and commercially driven – you love meeting people and influencing outcomes.
- Confident communicator with excellent time-management skills.
- Comfortable using MS Office and digital reporting tools.
- Must hold a valid driving licence and be willing to travel daily across the Watford–Kent region.
