My client, an established travel travel company, with a strong presence across the UK are seeking a Travel Consultant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Travel Consultant with excellent customer service and a passion for travel.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Working in a branch, with a small team of travel consultants
- Greeting customers face to face and over the phone
- Quoting on a wide variety of worldwide travel itineraries
- Selling both package and dynamically packaged holidays
- Offering your customer a choice of tour operator, to sell the right holiday for their needs
- Selling additional products and services, such as car hire and travel insurance.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- A minimum of 1 relevant experience in a travel agency environment
- Passionate about travel and customer service
- Enthusiastic, creative and with a positive attitude
THE PACKAGE:
- A starting salary of 23,492 FTE (30 hours Pro Rata)
- Monday - Saturday based in branch in Essex
- Alternative Saturdays with a day of in lieu
