Are you highly organized and customer-focused? Our client are looking for a Sales Travel Consultant to join their busy team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and arrange bookings

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction 

  • Provide expert recommendations on itineraries, transportation, and accommodation options.

  • Maintain and manage all relevant booking information and documentation accurately.

  • Book flights and accommodation and customer needs.

  • Ensure timely delivery of all client and guide documentation in compliance with GDPR regulations.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service

  • 2–3 years of administrative experience 

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Previous experience in the travel industry is highly desirable.

  • Confident and professional in building and maintaining client and partner relationships.

  • Strong budgeting skills with the ability to work effectively within deadlines.
