Are you a maintenance plumber with building services maintenance experience? I have partnered with a leading FM service provider who are in need of a maintenance plumber on a permanent basis in Chelmsford. The successful candidate will be provided with a company van and would be responsible for ensuring the on-site plumbing systems for a portfolio of commercial properties are operating efficiently.
Package
- Salary up to 38,000
- Van and fuel card
Duties
- Draining/Flushing
- Servicing TMVs, Cooling Towers, and general kitchen, bathroom plumbing appliances
- Fixing leaks
- Replacing faulty pipes
- Fault finding and maintaining hold/cold water plant systems
- Water sampling in compliance with L8 regulations
- Changing taps
- Cleaning/changing filters
- unblocking toilets, fixing flushes
- Minor patch repairs
Requirements
- Full UK drivers license
- Min. NVQ Level 2 Plumbing Studies/Plumbing & Heating
- Building services plumbing maintenance experience
