Mobile Windscreen Technician - Essex Area Salary: 28,000 - 35,000 (DOE) + Benefits
Are you an experienced Mobile Windscreen Technician looking for a new opportunity in the Essex area? Our client, a respected vehicle recovery company, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team.
About the Role: As a Mobile Windscreen Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and replacement of automotive glazing, including windscreens and body glass. This role requires a high level of precision and productivity, ensuring minimal rectification work. You will be provided with job lists in advance where possible and must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Fitting and repairing windscreens and body glass
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship with minimal rectification
Delivering outstanding customer service through face-to-face interactions
Ensuring reliability and strong time management for the smooth running of operations
Upholding the company's reputation for expertise and quality service
What's on Offer:
Competitive salary (28,000 - 35,000, depending on experience)

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, alternate Saturdays 8am-12pm
Requirements:
Proven experience in windscreen fitting with up-to-date knowledge of industry techniques
Full UK driving licence
Strong route planning skills
- ADAS Qualification highly desirable
A can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills
