We're on the hunt for a proactive and organised Project Support Coordinator to join their friendly team at their office in Essex
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in a thriving industry. You'll be providing essential support to their busy Project Managers, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of high-quality joinery projects.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and managing sample sheets for clients and project teams.
- Assisting Project Managers with printing and organising drawings and other project documentation.
- Providing general administrative support to the project team.
- Acting as a crucial all-round support person to keep projects moving efficiently.
What you'll bring:
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, eager to learn and support a busy team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
