Adore Recruitment is proud to be working with a successful, family-run plumbing distribution business currently expanding their warehouse team. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Operative who thrives in a busy environment and is ready to contribute to a growing operation.

?? Key Responsibilities:

Picking, packing, loading, and unloading goods
Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries
Managing stock levels and inventory accuracy
Operating forklifts (if licensed) to handle goods safely
Maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse
Assisting with other tasks across the business as needed

? Ideal Candidate Profile:

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck) highly desirable
Full UK driving licence and own transport required (site not easily accessible by public transport)
Strong work ethic and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
Excellent team player with good communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and proactive
