Plumber - Permanent Position
Location: Essex (designated local patch)
Salary: 36,000 per annum
Potential Earnings: 42,000 - 45,000 per annum (with call-out)

Role Overview
A national contractor is seeking an experienced Plumber to carry out reactive maintenance works in social housing properties and communal areas across Essex. While some travel is required, the aim is to keep you working as close to home as possible.

Pay and Benefits

• Base Salary: 36,000 per year
• Call-Out Pay:
• 12.50 per day (standby)
• 25 per hour (per call-out)
• On-Call Requirement: 1 week per month
• Company Van and Fuel Card Provided
• PDA Provided for Job Management
  Key Responsibilities
  • Reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance
  • Fault finding and diagnostics
  • Pipework, taps, toilets, and drainage repairs
  • Working in both occupied and void social housing properties
  • Accurate use of a PDA for job updates and reporting
  
  Requirements
  • Proven plumbing experience in a reactive maintenance setting
  • Experience working in social housing (essential)
  • Standard DBS Check
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
