Residential Manager – Full-Time, Permanent
Cheltenham
Up to £45,000 (dependent on experience and progression)

Are you ready for a meaningful new role where your leadership can make a real difference? We’re looking for a dedicated and inspiring Residential Manager to join our team supporting young adults with complex physical and learning disabilities.

In this full-time position, you’ll lead a committed care and support team, ensuring each individual receives high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, wellbeing, and a fulfilling lifestyle.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead and support a team of care professionals to deliver outstanding residential care

  • Create a safe, homely environment where residents can thrive socially, emotionally, and physically

  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies

  • Oversee care plans, manage rotas, and ensure compliance with internal policies and CQC standards

  • Build positive relationships with residents and their families

  • Champion continuous improvement and staff development

About you:
  • Hold a Level 5 qualification in Leadership in Health and Social Care (or working towards it)

  • Strong team leadership and communication skills

  • Experience supporting individuals with physical disabilities and behaviours that challenge

  • Passionate about empowering young people to live life to the fullest

Hours:
  • Core hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

  • One early shift (from 7am) and one late shift (until 10pm) per week

  • Occasional weekend work (approx. once every 10 weeks during term transitions)
