This role involves regular interaction with customers, so clear communication and a professional, solutions-focused attitude are essential. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who doesn’t just adapt to change—but actively drives it—by contributing ideas, analysing operations, and supporting the evolution of our team’s effectiveness.

What will you get up to?

  • Supporting Sales, Ops and Project Managers in successful completion of projects within given timeframes and required standards 
  • Analysing project data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Supporting in management of effective project schedules
  • Acknowledging and responding to incoming customer enquiries
  • Checking confirmations from suppliers
  • Working with Accounts to check purchase invoices
  • Creating project support documentation and managing all project administration
  • Maintaining accurate and timely project notes and records
  • Updating internal systems in line with project progress
  • Supporting with overall team email management
  • Supporting with end of project customer satisfaction surveys
  • Conducting any other general administrative duties and the overall office function of the team.

You will have…

  • Strong analytical skills (preferably with business analysis experience), with the ability to assess processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements
  • The confidence and initiative to drive forward change and implement practical solutions
  • The ability to influence others and bring colleagues along on the journey of change
  • Expertise in Excel for data management, reporting, and process automation
  • Excellent administration and organisational abilities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Polite and confident when engaging with people face to face and over the phone
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence in constructively challenging colleagues and collaborating to find better ways of working
  • Personable, honest, and reliable, with the ability to build trusting relationships
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is desirable
