Project Design Engineer (Electronics)

Responsibilities:
- Quote work scopes and handle diverse electronic design tasks.
- Manage customer technical issues and requirements.
- Liaise with customers and maintain a log of all work and opportunities.
Key Duties:
- Identify customer needs and perform electronic design engineering (FPGA, analogue, digital).
- Act as a bridge between customers and design teams.
- Ensure UKCA/CE compliance and prepare quality control documents.
- Communicate effectively and report status regularly.
- Identify risks and escalate them appropriately.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in electronic engineering and circuit design.
- Strong understanding of analogue and digital design, STM32, firmware, and embedded code.
- Proficiency in CAD design (Solidworks) and software tools (Altium, VHDL, Libero).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Several years of professional experience in electronic & PCB design and project management.
