Must Have’s

• Proven experience in a Commercial Insurance Handler/Executive role or similar• Strong knowledge of FCA compliance• Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills, you’ll be talking to customers on the phone daily • A track record of hitting (and ideally exceeding) targets

Nice to have’s

• Full or part Cert CII qualification

So what will you be doing?

• Following up warm leads and inbound enquiries generated by website• Speaking with clients to understand their needs and tailoring the right insurance solution• Negotiating with insurers to secure the best cover and price• Finalising deals and ensuring clients have full, suitable coverage• Looking for cross-sell opportunities and gaining referrals• Maintaining high levels of customer service and compliance
