About the Role:

As the Website Trading Manager, you will take ownership of the website's performance with a laser focus on driving direct bookings and maximizing e-commerce conversion. This pivotal role sits at the heart of the digital team and is perfect for someone who thrives on analytics, understands customer journeys, and can deliver meaningful results in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize website performance to drive revenue through direct bookings.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Brand teams to deliver seamless digital campaigns.
  • Analyze trading performance, conversion funnels, and user behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and prioritize website content updates, seasonal launches, and promotional activity.
  • Liaise with UX/design and development teams to enhance functionality and ensure premium user experience.
  • Champion a test-and-learn approach using A/B testing and CRO tools.

Website Trading Manager requirements

  • Proven experience in e-commerce trading or digital performance, ideally within luxury, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Deep understanding of website analytics (Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Strong commercial acumen with a data-led mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in a collaborative, high-standard environment.
  • Passionate about delivering luxury experiences through digital excellence.
