Do you have a background in driving e-commerce and driving web sales? Would you enjoy collaborating with a team to develop website sales and revenue strategies? Are you able to review and report on performance metrics amending the strategy where necessary? Great – can we talk?

My client is a successful hotel and spa business who is now looking to add an experienced Website Trading Manager to their head office team. You will work with key stakeholders to design relevant content, promotions as well as reviewing pricing strategies and forecasting. The Website Trading Manager will work with a broad range of senior stakeholders

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

  • Work with colleagues to implement new features that will enhance user experience and aid conversion rates
  • Ensure website is optimised for SEO to help improve prominence
  • To be responsible for analysing and reporting on performance for each service line
  • Working with UX designers to test system meets business and customer needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Data analytics experience with the ability to use data to review performance (click through rates, conversion rates etc) and enhance sales and user experience
  • Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and preferably ResortSuite or similar
  • Strong knowledge of SEO strategies
  • Website analytics tools to help monitor website performance.
  • Strategic Planning skills to align Website strategy with overall business objectives

This is a full-time permanent role with an annual salary of up to £55,000 depending on experience.
