IDAM Business Analyst - Contract Location: Cheltenham

We're supporting a government client on a major Identity & Access Management (IDAM) programme and seeking a skilled Business Analyst to help shape and deliver new technologies and processes across a complex stakeholder landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage stakeholders to capture and validate business requirements.
  • Analyse current systems and processes; define future-state models.
  • Develop strategic and operational change options with risk/opportunity analysis.
  • Produce clear documentation and communicate solution benefits.
  • Support delivery planning and stakeholder buy-in.
Skills & Experience:
  • Strong business analysis skills: process mapping, role profiling, modelling.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experienced in requirements management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across all levels.
  • Experience in cyber or government environments is highly desirable.
  • Able to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex settings.
