Must Have’s

  • Strong people skills – you know how to build rapport and hold a conversation
  • Confident communicator with a consultative sales approach
  • Comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders (IT/Ops Directors)
  • Proactive, driven, and keen to learn
  • Able to work from the Cheltenham office

Nice to have’s

  • B2B sales experience, especially in tech or SaaS
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle
  • Familiarity with outbound outreach or lead qualification
  • A passion for helping clients solve real problems

So what will you be doing?

  • Reaching out to US-based B2B prospects and generating new business
  • Qualifying leads and guiding them through a consultative sales journey
  • Building trusted relationships with decision-makers
  • Running product demos based on client needs and challenges
  • Working closely with the pre-sales and wider commercial team
  • Achieving and exceeding KPIs and sales targets
