Customer Service Operations Manager

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + 9% bonus

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth customer service operations and supporting our sales administration. You will manage one customer service representative and handle export information, while also liaising with our international clients. Spanish language skills are beneficial but not essential.
